All work and no play makes Linda a dull girl
not much to say. just some random things that probably wont interest you...so if there is actually someone out there READING this right now, i'll just warn you ahead of time that im very boring and you should probably stop now.
first of all, i was listening to the radio on my way to school today and heard the new song from Destiny's Child. I like it, but I noticed that in the song the guy says "Dog Child". Now, ive heard this in other songs too. and i was just wondering if someone could tell me what exactly a dog child is. or maybe i've been thinking this whole time that all these songs say dog child but they really say something else. if this is the case, someone please let me know what they're really saying. if not, someone please tell me what a dog child is and why it is in any way a cool thing to say. could they not think of something cooler to say? i dont know, maybe the 80's lovin' geek in me just cant handle slang of that nature.
second of all, i've decided that this Brad kid i work with is ok, but he talks to himself ALOT. and its weird. and he always says the same thing. He always mumbles "sucks, sucks. sucks." and he says it in moments where absolutely nothing could possibly be sucking. like, he'll be standing there drinking a pop and saying "sucks...sucks. sucks." huh? what? kid's weird.
third of all, while i was coming home from work tonight and unlocking my apartment door, i decided to look UP for the first time since i moved in. oooooh boy. big mistake. there are literally 10 spiders living above our door. directly above our heads as we go in and out. these webs just cover the entire ceiling. its like a whole 'nother world up there. so now of course im scared to both leave and reenter my apartment. lord knows IM not going to knock them down. to do that would require probably a bee-keeper's suit....and some valium.
fourth of all, tomorrow we are hopefully getting a washer and dryer. that is soooooooo exciting.
fifth of all, this is terribly long and boring and i have nothing for the fifth of all, so im gonna go now.
